Ustream TV is an application for Symbian S60 Nokia that allows access to such video transmissions from the mobile stream, and you can send yourself (via streaming) images captured by the cell, so that they are seen by others.
From the ustream.tv site can have its own space in which output from the cellulose.
Using a 3G connection, the delay of the transmission may be about 6 seconds with this application, less time than that experienced by other applications.
Nokia phones which Ustream testing are: Nokia 3250, 5700, 5800, 6110 Navigator, 6120, 6210, 6220, E50, E51, E65, E66, E71, E90, N73, N76, N80, N81, N91 , N93, N95, but it might work in the rest of the Nokia with similar characteristics.
